Return & Exchange
You may cancel your order or return a product or exchange a product any time within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. In case of a cancelation, we will refund the price of the goods in full, shipping cost is non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as the products is checked by our return department and is termed as acceptable. Return department take from 2-3 business days to convey us on your returned item and refund status. In any case returns are processed within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.
To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods. Any orders for personalized goods are non-returnable. Example of personalize good: When performed Cricket Bat knocking service, custom clothing, custom bat, pads, helmet, gloves, protective gears etc. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
If a refund is payable to you, we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order.

Return An Item
Product must be returned within 14 days. The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk. Prior to sending us a return, you must request a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) by opening a After Sale Services Claim. Any product returned to us without an RMA will not be processed and shall not be valid for a refund.
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.
Subject to our Return Policy, a refunds will be issued on the payment method used at the time of purchase.. All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Note: your refund request will be processed immediately. However it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card or bank statement.
If your original order was placed using the Currency Converter, the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.
