When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged when you place your order. Some card issuers may take three days to post the charge on your account.
Do we charge sales tax?
State law requires Cricket Merchant to collect and remit state sales tax for the state of Illinois. Therefore we are required to charge Illinois sales tax on merchandise shipped within the state of Illinois. The current rate is 6.75%. If item is shipped outside Illinois State, there is no sales tax added.

How do I return or exchange an item?
You may return merchandise to us within 14 days after receiving it for an exchange or full refund, provided that the item is in BRAND NEW condition and not used. All tags and product packaging must be attached as they were sent to you. If you would like to return an item please e-mail us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipping address. YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM!
Also, if when you receive the item and you can see that the shipping box has visual damages caused by shipping, please DO NOT ACCEPT it and have the shipping company Delivery Person return it to us.
Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable.

Currently we offer shipping via USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx and our international shipping partners for most merchandise. Each item on our website has specific Shipping rates that are added on to the item price at checkout. Please contact us to arrange larger delivery options!
