By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and service by allowing Cricket Merchant to use your personal details for supply of the goods, including passing your details on to the courier services. We are not obliged to supply goods until we confirm your order by e-mail or telephone.
Shipping: We aim to ship your goods within 2 working days of when the order is placed. Within the USA, postage and packing is charged at a standard rate which will be worked out once you have logged in. We also ship worldwide. For more information contact us and a quote for shipping to destination outside the USA will be provided.
Returns: We will accept returns as long as the product is returned within 14 days of receipt and as new. If a product is faulty we will need to be notified within 14 days. On return the product will be inspected, and if found to be faulty we can either offer a refund or a replacement.
Non-defective products are subject to a 12.5% re-stocking fee. All returned products are evaluated thoroughly before a final decision is made.
Delivery Schedule: If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your goods, please return within 14 days in original condition and packing. A full refund excluding the delivery charge will be given.
Back Orders: The goods should be returned to Returns Department after the inspection by a member of staff the decision will be made to replace or refund, as appropriate.
Currency:
Transactions via Cricket Merchant Online Shop are carried out in US dollars and processed through the international banking system. International orders are charged in US dollars at the exchange rate of the day. Your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate applied by your credit card company at the time the charge is recorded, plus any fees applied by your credit card provider. These rates are indicative only. Due to the restrictions of the international banking network we are unable to offer multi-currency transactions at this time.
Tax Charges: Payment can be made by major credit cards i.e. Visa, master card, in US Dollars. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
Credit Card Security: Any refund arising in the event of a dispute or cancellation will be refunded within 10 working days.
Guarantee: If you wish to make a complaint, please e-mail us and we will respond to the complaint within 7 working days.
Privacy Policy: Goods will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days. If the goods are not in stock we will try to dispatch within 10 working days. In the event of the dispatch taking more than 10 days we will be in touch with you to make arrangements for alternative goods, agreed delivery time, or refunding the money.
